12:02 I grew up in Bragg Creek in the 60s and 70s. It was such an awsome place to be back then. I would ride my bike up the Elbow to go fishing and would not see anyone but a few cows, even in July. The roads were gravel. Then the government made it a park. They paved the roads over the pass into Ford Creek where we had been able to camp in August and see only the odd hunter. They replaced the single forest ranger with dozens of park wardens who made lots and lots of rules. And then they came from Calgary in their 1000s. My memories are so comforting. Thanks for sharing

Hey mate, fantastic video, I'm planning a 2024 GDT (& a little of the CDT) so it was great to see your film, very inspiring & well shot! I did the whole PCT last year so I'm excited to do the rockies! Thanks again, Greg

Aw! Thanks Greg. It was a trip of a lifetime. Congratulations on the PCT, it a bucket list thru for me. :)

@@tylernblaney I'd recommend skipping the desert 🏜️ PCT section! It's long, hot, heavy water carries and I found it uninteresting. With your GDT did you navigate with Far out? If so was it ok? I've heard it's not detailed enough... (But that's what I exclusively use!🤞) Cheers! Greg

What a great journey, Tyler. Beautiful spot on your last night on section D, on that bluff above the Howse. Curious what you used to shoot video on your hike?

Hi JJ! I used a GoPro Hero 8 for all my videos. I have just recently switched to a Hero 9.
