This might be the greatest piano cover of any song I have heard, so I had to comment. Wasn't expecting to tear up to this one. It's equally faithful to the original, to its influence from another great cover, and to the new motives that seamlessly fade away in the end. It honors theory and the series as a whole, segmented so naturally while unexpectedly keeping the listener on their toes until the final expected turn, coupled with a sweet ending that gives a sense of resolve to the melancholic desperation of the new perspective.
