Superb Matt, good day to do it, not sure it would be a good idea in wet conditions 🤨🤨

Definitely mate, my brother who I was with ran into some problems in the past with mist and said the rock gets very slippy and its becomes very dangerous 🙃

hi mate, love all your vids, find them really interesting. I'd love to see a video on your planning, tracking and analysis of your walks - how you initially plan a walk (organising maps/apps/research), and how you track this data on the walks and then how you process the data after your walks! thanks mate

Thanks Alex I appreciate this mate 🤙, I'll keep this in mind and definitely make some sort of video in future if it helps out, a few people have asked me this in the past aswell so it would make sense, cheers pal 👌

Great to see Matt, but missed seeing your route map at the end. For your final climb up Westmorland Crags, did you go past Sphinx Rock as far as Little Hell Gill, or head up before? Cheers 🍻

“Gate” not Gill!

Ive been thinking of doing this. Is it doable for most? Ive done jacks rake but got a feeling this might be more sketchy am i right or is it ok? Im not a fan of heights but i love the thrill and a decent climber haha
@MattDoesMountains Жыл бұрын
It's not hard if you're half decent at scrambling but it is definitely worse than Jack's rake in the sense if you were to fall it probably wouldn't end well 😭 just try and go with somebody else for safety and also research the route, It was easy for me because my brother has done it a few times so knew the route, he also carried a rope as a back up, he said if it's not a dry day it's majorly sketchy 🤙
