I would suggest getting the Shingles shot if possible! When I was 52, now 65😮… I woke up in the middle of the night and ended up in the hospital. The pain was overbearing in my legs! I didn’t know what it was but couldn’t barely move… turned out it was Shingles… OMG😩😩 Almost like giving birth!! Seriously 🤯

Oh my gosh! That is awful. I know several people who got Shingles, are they were in such bad pain for such a long time. I hope you have completely recovered!!

I have a friend who has had painful shooting pain in her neck for months afterward. Scary.
