In the kitchen on the ceiling beams it looks like old 19th century knob and tube wiring - does the electrical need to be updated, or is that some kind of stylistic choice? Those 19th century electrical systems are poorly insulated and result in a lot of fires, especially if they are connected against wooden beams. You can see them clearly at the 8:02 mark...

Gobsmacked. Absolutely how picture I picture an Italian villa. To make it, perfect, IMHO, its missing a court yard off the kitchen for dining al fresco. Which should be1 covered with an ancient vine laiden pergola, And some other place to get outdoors, like a stunning gardern. Bravo.

Are the sellers leaving all of the kitchen and bathroom fixtures, cabinets, and sinks? I heard often the sellers strip out these items when they move out of the property? In Europe that might be normal behavior however in the US it is not.

there are italian governments fees its not the USA with crap stealing HOA "companies" . The fees are like taxes that could be anywhere from 100 -1000 euros a yrs. every city or "state" in EUROPE is different. There are no managment companies! research research.
