Great marinade! I bake a whole sheet pan of chicken drumsticks in one go!
The whole family will love this recipe. My husband asks me to cook these chicken thighs twice a week. The whole secret lies in the marinade, which is ideal for baked chicken drumsticks. This recipe will be a hit on your table. Baked chicken drumsticks in combination with creamy potatoes will turn an ordinary dinner into a festive one. Cook with love! Cook with joy!
Preparation and ingredients:
20 chicken drumsticks
2 teaspoons salt (approx. 16 g)
1 heaped tablespoon paprika powder
Black pepper
3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey (or sugar)
2-3 tablespoons olive oil or other oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
5-6 cloves of garlic
Mix well and let marinate for 30 minutes (or longer).
1-2 onions (about 170 g)

30 grams of butter
Fry onions until soft
2 cloves of garlic
Add garlic to the onions
1/3 teaspoon sugar
Fry for 30 seconds
2 tablespoons flour
Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden
500ml milk
Add gradually, stirring to avoid lumps

Black pepper
Cook for a few minutes until the mass thickens
750 g potatoes (6-7 potatoes)

Grease a casserole dish with butter
Bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender
