• Great Moments In Seatt...
Russell Wilson had one of the better rookie seasons in NFL history. While he played sensationally throughout that year, there was one game where Russell showed that Hall of Fame ability that has become commonplace.
December 2, 2012, Wilson and the Seahawks played the Chicago Bears in Solider Field. It was a struggle offensively for the Seahawks most of the day. The run game was inconsistent, the pass protection shoddy, and the Bears' coverage tight. Staving off defeat seemed nearly all on Wilson's shoulders, and yet he delivered with a cold blooded tenacity, captaining a 97 yard drive in the fourth quarter, and once the defense allowed a tie, Wilson drove the length of the field again for the win, and made it look effortless.
This was the game Russell WIlson cemented himself as a star in the making. the game he broke down the door to greatness.
