Apart from the 1km steep uphill just before campsite ..the section between Apollo bay and Elliot river is one of the most beautiful sections of the walk...

It was very quiet out there, the weather forecast wasn't great with high temps and heavy rain so that may have had something to do with it.

I felt completely safe the whole time, there are little spots you can pitch your tent where you may feel out of sight and more comfortable. Enjoy the experience
