My go-to seasoning is Jane's Crazy-Mix-up Salt. It's a mixture of salt, garlic, onion and other herbs and spices. I also like to use poultry seasoning, especially in soups. It has sage, marjoram and other herbs and is a good non-spicy seasoning.

I use Worcestershire sauce a lot. Besides stews and burgers, I also put it on avocados.. Also love dill and will put it on just about anything. When fresh garlic isn't available, I use the dried garlic rather than the salt.

I think real garlic is something I definitely cannot live without....I put it in all my stir frys and pasta meals. I also love lemon pepper and was disappointed that Trader Joes got rid of it!

I use the onion salt a lot too. My favorite seasoning isn’t sold at Trader Joe’s. It’s a Penzeys Spice seasoning - Frozen Pizza Seasoning. My husband and I put it on most frozen pizzas and it just adds a little umph.

Oh, Katie. I don't think I can answer today's question in a way that will not go into a million words. I love spices so much, my cabinet is overflowing as hell. I think for me, if it's a Mediterranean style seasoning, that's my favorite. Sumac is an interesting one. Have you ever had it? I think you should go look for it and try it in your hummus some day, with some green goddess & lemon juice. It's to die for. Btw I appreciate that your video this week made me excited about food, since I don't think I've had an appetite in two weeks. 🥹♥️

I'm sort of striking out on this one. My favorite seasoning I use on everything is Old Bay which isn't available at TJ's. Next is Dukkah which is maybe is seasonal. Not sure as haven't seen it in awhile. Third is chile lime so I guess that's the one that's available all the time.

Subscribed to your new channel Katie. As for seasoning that would be hard to choose just one. I love lemon pepper and see Trader Joes no longer carries it but you can buy it anywhere. Love Green Goddess too and the Dill pickle seasoning. Of course Everything Bagel is another staple for me. I would have to say that it is Lawry's seasoning salt. I use a wide variety of seasonings but not a lot of any one thing beyond Lawry's. One of the seasonings I really like is the Watkins potato salad seasoning. My potato salad is good without it, but, if I have it to use the salad is so much better.

I’m taking a small road trip with my son would love to listen to it as we’re driving. As for the spice, I tend to move around with the spices! I use cinnamon quite a bit when I make my coffee every morning, I pour some into the beans as they grind. The Trader Joe’s Aglio olio is amazing! I’m the one who DM’d you about putting in my mashed potatoes. I also just used the recipe on the side of the bottle to make the heart shaped pasta for Valentine’s Day, a little shredded cheese on top. Best of luck can’t wait to hear your town.

I have trouble digesting onion and garlic so the powder version is way better for me! I love chopped onion and garlic but even with FODZYME it hurts my stomach so the powder is a compromise. So I’m I the same page as Tim with the garlic powder.
