At first I was scared, when the can fell over, that the meat had been ruined. Thankfully though it only got covered in the wood chips, and while the cheese got some dirt on it, cousin was able to wash it off pretty well. Besides y'all had probably eaten dirt as kids, many people ate dirt when they were children and are still perfectly healthy. The beer can smoker is what Americans call redneck cooking. Lol, I'm familiar with redneck Americans, my uncle is something of a redneck, but I've never before met a redneck Japanese person. It's not a good thing if y'all start collecting junker cars on your front lawn though, ha. The word redneck was originally used to reference the reddish sun burn poor white Americans would get on the back of their necks, from the many hours spent in the hot sun working low level jobs. Now however, it's used to describe poor people who are able to use their meager earnings in an innovative way. Sometimes that innovation results is bizarre occurrences though. LOL
