What an amazing family, and how wonderful that you are LIVING, and showing the boys how to LIVE. Working 9 - 5 for 45 years and then doing a lap of Australia, is leaving living too late. What an inspiration you are. I don't often comment on youtube, but you two are so inspirational. And not only are you living a wonderful life that your boys will forever thank you for, but how can you Elenya continue to look like a glamour puss way beyond the black stump, wow (despite a bit of chocolate on your tooth :o)...). I love every episode, I strted following your journey just a couple of months ago, but you continue to pump out content that is better than anything free to air tv has to offer. Thanks for showing us all your awesome CSR trip. I recon Susie did pretty damn good on such a small amount of fuel…..I think it was 270 ltrs for 1,000 klms, given the size and weight of her. I like the way you two ( Elenya and Nick ) bounce off each other when you’re just muck’n around with comments. Hi great episode. Awsome family. I cracked my self lauthing when you put the vinegar in the pan to make powder 😂❤ I just wanted to say that I'm from South Africa and we have the salt and vinegar seasoning in one bottle as well . But I prefer putting normal white vinegar on my chips. It actually tastes more vinegar. Try it 🙌🏻 1st the dribble the vinager over the chips - just enough to get some over all and then the salt then you mix or shake them around d so everything gets coated. Yum
