Sets me up for the day! If this was the voice of my Sat Nav I’d be taking wrong turns intentionally just so I could hear it for longer, although it’s so relaxing that’s probably not a good idea! Thank you.

This state of simply "being" makes me feel connected to reality. It's almost like a relaxed awareness feeling and feels reassuring. Thank you very much for this meditation! 😁⛅🌤🌞

I wasn’t sure about 15 min instead of 10... but they felt amazing! When she says to start going back to reality I was like, no way that has been 15 min... I want more!

The feeling after meditating your meditation, it feels like i have entered a new world full of joy, clarity, power please bring more 15 minutes mindfulness meditation series....i cannot find any best meditation in yt except yours, they are just wonderful🍃🍃 everyday performing your meditation makes me more relaxed and joyful :)🍁🍁

Thank you so much for this. As a scientist I want to meditate but so many of the things people say during guided meditation I just cannot follow because my brain is so logical. This is the best one I’ve found. I can fully engage in everything that you say without my science brain taking over. I’ve been listening every day.

Very nice. Some things in there that I haven't hear much in other videos. The awareness of the air around you. Returning to handling thoughts, muscle relaxation, body awareness. Made for an easy enjoyable and beneficial 15 minutes followed by a warm glow.

I dont like when they try to tell me how to sit. Is it just me? Like no I dont want to sit cross legged and have my leg fall asleep and my back hurt. I want to lay down in bed 😂

Exactly before i was alway trying to do it all so perfect and was in pain now i lie in bed every night and meditate for 10 - 15 min and it has worked wonders for me i think its more down to what suit s you as a person not what others think how you should do it if that makes sense any way peace out

"Become more aware of yourself" I am very itchy and my left arm and leg hurts. My left eye seems to see a deeper darkness than my right when both eyes are closed. I keep getting distracted and am trying to center myself on a third person image of myself sitting on my bed doing this. Front or back? Can't tell.
