Hey Brad, what does it mean to have emotional freedom? We use an emotional freedom technique, but I realise that I'm not entirely sure what it means to be emotionally free. BTW, nice tee shirt, is that John Lennon?

Yup - that's John at his while piano playing "Imagine." :) To me, emotional freedom is the ability to choose how we feel. It's human to experience different emotions, including uncomfortable ones - that's part of what we've come here for. But we don't want to be controlled by them.
