basically the pinch headlock without the throw - personally, I prefer the big throw , always

Arrested Images Photography and Design pinch headlock is with underhook the near arm and head. This headlock in the video is a sag and reduces the risk of a reroll. The higher amplitude throw is a better watch for sure
