Nice. Sounds nice, quite but nice. I put a Flowmaster muffler on my old 86.5 Supra back in the day and got a lot of complements on it. One guy was a 5.0 Mustang driver which really surprised me. He really liked the note. It sounded louder than yours but not to bad, I liked it. I like louder exhaust notes. I also had a 1997 Honda Valkyre with a Two Brothers Racing Exhaust on it. It sounded like a cross between a small block Chevy motor of the old days and a Porsche in heat!!! LOL!!! It was a real beast, it was deep and quiet down low but screamed like a wild banshee at full throttle!!! As you can tell I’m an older guy. My youngest child is in her early thirties and my oldest boy is in his early 40’s. I’m still young in my head, LOL!!!😉

Thanks for the re-upload. I really appreciate that. I could not tell if you were getting more intake and wind noise over the exhaust. That is exactly what I want. It makes it similar to the 2008 Civic Si I had. Soon as I can afford it, I will get this exhaust kit. I want to get an intake for it as well. I think those would be my only mods.

Thanks for the sound clips from inside! It’s always tough to compare since mics can auto adjust to sound. I’m looking to get this exhaust for my VT (mainly because it’s the best 3” I’ve found). If you had two VTs next to each other, one with stock the other with the Greddy, would you be able to tell which one was louder? Or is it too close to tell?

Greddy is louder for sure. It stands out much more at higher RPM. But it's just the quietest cat back lol. Like.... a muffler delete makes these things loud. Even the Magnaflow/ MBRP 2.5" cat back is MUCH louder than this. This thing's muffler makes the Veloster have a nice purrr. Nothing obnoxious, it's just clean.

At the time of this video, I believe I did not have a full intake system yet, just the air box delete running a cone filter.

An exhaust should not void warranty as it's considered a bolt on. As long as you don't remove a cat or anything (this is AFTER the cat so you should be ok) than you're good.

Catback doesn't modify emissions so you should be fine. I've never had an issue smogging my car with an exhaust so long as the cat was still intact

No CEL at all because it's AFTER the cat, not a turbo back, so you keep the cat and 02 sensors. Direct bolt on too.

How did you connect, the down pipe (2.5 inch), to the Greddy exhaust (3.0 inch)?

The flange itself is the same. This kit is made to just easily bolt on. I suppose that perhaps the part where they meet is just a bit smaller and quickly expands to meet the size of all the rest of the piping (3")

Don't be that guy...... I was not trying to gain on anyone but show sound reference. In the whole video you can easily tell that I never go beyond the 4000 RPM range. I'm not trying to publicly incriminate myself here as my license plate is quite visible during the majority of this and the last thing I need on video is me driving like a jerk.

It does but the major difference is that this is the actual sound outside of the car. Stock from what I can tell is just the noise fed into the cabin so you think it's got a nice subtle sound but the outside is actually non audible.
