Greece in Philippines and a Billa in Manila

There are about 100 Greeks in the Philippines, going back a century. My big thanks to George for all his help, thanks to all the chefs the way I was looked after at El Greco, I felt like I was visiting relatives! Thanks Souv by Cyma, it was an awesome night and top staff. The Cyma group now have seven greek eateries, bravo! Lastly, I appreciate Jessica, a stranger who turned my first headache into the start of an exciting few days. Kindness in a strange city can’t be forgotten.
There were more headaches to come in Manila but I don’t need to discuss them suffice to say they added to adventures in what became a truly crazy week. If I was to Mansplain or Manilasplain, you wouldn’t believe me 😊
The Father at the Greek Church is someone who works for a living and runs a number of parishes. He needs to be supported and we need to get behind such devoted priests
