Alevropita - the simplest of Greek pies - a thin - batter based pie topped with feta cheese. This delicious pie originates from the beautiful part of Epirus in north west Greece. Try it - its delicious!
Ingredients:
- 260 g plain all purpose flour
- 500 ml milk - 50 ml water
- 275 g Greek feta
- 1 egg
You will additionally need some butter, Greek olive oil, salt and pepper.
