The pizza came out so delicious and I’m really not a chef. I used pre-made pizza dough last time and it wasn’t very good. If you’re thinking about trying this definitely do it is so good

I’m using gluten free plain flour and the yoghurt in the flour goes really dry and won’t form a dough should I add water or use less flour?

Love that you use regular ingredients. A ton of people achieve food with crazy good macros, but use ingredients I would have to order online because they are that obscure..

I couldn't quite understand, nor could I find on your website the bit with ''half'' almond and oat flour how much is ''half'' when compared to the total weight of greek yogurt ? If i opt for the almond/oat version do I still need to add baking powder ?

This actually looks super legit. I've been on a pizza-making kick lately so I want to try to mess around with it a bit. I might make this and leave the dough in the fridge for a few days to let the cultures ferment a bit and see if that does anything. Maybe make a batch with some yeast as well. And I think this would go well in a cast iron pan.

There are cultures in the yogurt depending on what kind you get. Not sure if they’ll do much with the starch in wheat, but worth a try. He does say, “see if that does anything.”

Hey Protein Chef. I've been making this type of dough for a while and I've been wondering the protein and carb difference between THIS kind of dough and normal pizza dough. Is it accurate to say this dough is almost half the carbs and lots more protein? SUPER curious.

non-fat may work but you need some moisture for the flour to mix with. It might be too dry otherwise.

Pro tip: do not buy self rising floor so you can substitute ~30g of vital wheat gluten for the AP flour for even more protein content

That would be AGGRESSIVE! A few slices should suffice. If you're looking for more protein, 3 ounces of a leaner protein is a good number.
