I loved Longbow Hunters because it wasn't a traditional story. It doesn't flow like a setup-middle-end. It meanders a bit, which gives it a lot more of a realism. And I really, really loved the parts of them discussing bringing a child into this world and how they decided the best thing to do was to not have a kid

Whenever I think about Green Arrow's trick arrows I think of the one time where Sal and Joel were asking the question of who would win Red Arrow (or Speedy or whatever his name is) and Hawkeye. I died laughing because Joel said all you have to do to win is tie a heroin baggy on the end of the arrow and shoot it at his Speedy's feet

Shado's actually a big deal in the New52/Rebirth Green Arrow continuity. She was a lover of Robert Queen, and her daughter, Emiko, is Ollie's illegitimate half-sister. At least, as of Ben Percy's run starting around the DCYou era. Ollie and Shado have a much more antagonistic relationship now.

Dinah normally has the short black hair, with a long blonde wig she uses when doing Canary work. At leas that was the case in Chuck Dixons Birds of Prey, which would only have been a few years after this story. I'm sure that has been changed since then, but short hair makes sense with her whole close quarters martial artist style.

Maybe I'm wrong, but isn't Ollie flat broke at this point? Dinah opened the florist shop so they'd have some kind of income to continue doing the superhero stuff, but if I remember right that's why Ollie takes the money. Also I remember reading somewhere that Dinah loses her canary cry, for a time, because of this story (ptsd trauma and such) but that could be incorrect as well.

Caitlin Brewer well Ollie did have kids and he was a great dad before the reboot, you're forgetting that he did raise 2 adopted kids on his own and Dinah raised an adopted daughter so they know how to be parents, they just didn't want to have their own kids because they thought their enemies would kill them.

I enjoyed Young Justice, however I don't think it's as good as bruce timm's works or the Original Teen Titans, but I still think its pretty cool. The way I view Young Justice is that it's a great Homage to the Pre New 52 Universe (Ironically as the New 52 began Young Justice was cancelled not to long after) also it was a little too serious at times and other times too goofy but overall pretty fun.
