GREEN BEANS AND POTATO FRY / VEGAN RECIPES / EASY RECIPIES

INGREDIENTS
3 medium size potatoes, cut into cubes
1 soup bowl of frozen green beans
1 large tomato, chopped
1 medium size onion, chopped
4 tbsp of mustard oil
4 cloves
3/4 tsp of cumin seeds
1/2 tsp of ground turmeric
1/2 tsp of ground cumin
1 tsp of ground coriander
1/3 tsp of crushed black pepper
3/4 tsp of ground red chilli
salt to taste
some chopped coriander leaves
NOTE - Adjust the spices according to your taste.
