Would you recommend having a notebook to write down the grammatical rules of the target language? Or to practice repetition writing for specific phrase? Or even structuring your own original sentences in the target language? Thank you for the extremely simple yet informative video on language learning, I look forward to your future work.

To be honest I don’t even touch grammar until I start doing the tutoring calls later on so it can be explained to me if I don’t understand something. I focus on sentence mining which enables me to learn grammar through repetition. I just do it for fun these days so I focus on being able to converse so if you need to know the actual rules or it helps learn faster then you can absolutely include it

Hey Jon! I am thinking about starting this program I structured together with my own research. However I am very intrigued in your program that you have as a free pdf! I say this because I am a little hesitant to consider yours due to my current program being upper/lower. I wanted your thoughts in regard to which program would be best long term for strength and cardio, thank you!
