I would like to add to the above that applicants should pay serious attention to preparing the correct photo. The reason for this is that the photos are processed by a special program that looks for duplicate applications using the photo. Therefore, the photo must meet certain requirements so that the program can process the photo correctly. If the photo does not meet these requirements, the application will be disqualified. Photo requirements are not as simple as they might seem. I would advise you to use a special program to check the photo - ASTAR photo validator.

I heard that some applicants file many applications to increase their chances of being selected without being caught or disqualified . I also heard that the selection is not in random and the computer is fed with programs to exclude some and include others based on directions fed to the computers regarding applicants' qualifications with tendency to accept younger ages and lower qualifications . I also heard that there are insider people who can get you selected for certain amount of money. In short, the program lacks transparency and impartiality. People find much easier ways to get the GC.

Hi, i have a question my aunt started the process for her brothers and sisters to get their greencard, however, my aunt passed away from covid and during that time she would've recieved correspondence from the us embassy. I have another aunt who is living away which is her sister...would she be able to take over the existing case or would she have to file from scratch. This is for the f4 category. This is the question perhaps none has ever tried to answer it. Let say one mistakenly applies twice. How long is the disqualification? Is it for the only particular year, or is it for good? Can a disqualified person be able to apply again in the future?

There are some ineligible countries such as India ,China,Philippines,Korea ,Bangladesh ,Pakistan,Nigeria etc you have to be born in Eligible countries.

I am wanting to marry a lady from Philippines. We are discussing how to get her to USA . Our question is would it be faster under current administration to fly my future wife to Mexico and have her walk across border? If so should we do this before November? Or is it better to try for traditional visa which I know takes years and scrutiny and lots of money. They are also providing many benefits when you walk across border that you would not traditionally receive through a visa process. What do you recommend? I am flying to Philippines in 2 weeks.
