As a non-American dude, your accent got me hooked instantly. Great foods, great guy, beautiful scenery and dogs. What else do you want? God bless you Kent and love from Switzerland.

I'm from Alaska which is technically part of USA but our accent is more like Sweden or Mid-Western. Kent's accent delights me also. Sometimes i have to turn on captions to understand certain words. Such as when he says "oil" it sounds like "uuuhl" or "bread" is "brie-head." But I've watched so many of his videos that I'm now intimately familiar with the regional dialect he uses.

Over in Australia, Chimichangas are a rare thing to see. I've had them because a store opened for about 3 month, before it went broke, and I overdosed on them. Got to say, thank you, for this.

First of all, love this...I am the cook of the house, and watch all your videos...Kent, just got in a big argument with my spouse....over the dogs and some of the things they do, like get into the trashes, and other things....I was really upset at the dogs and she indicated I needed to understand they are dogs and not humans. Your video, really helped me calm down and bring a smile to my face...I know now I was in the wrong...and now here we go...will go and admit it. Best couple counseling session ever.

I made this with a few mods since I'm from Colorado and used to working with Pueblo chilis. The rolling technique and shallow frying is brilliant! Thank you for that. I had the best chimichangas I've ever had! We served them with Colorado-style green chili gravy, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. It was amazing! They actually stayed crispy even after putting the green chili gravy on top. Thanks Kent!
