Green Green Rocky Road (Dave Van Ronk cover)

An old song in the version of Dave Van Ronk, in drop-D tuning. Apparently originally it was an African American children’s game song very popular in the south of the United States. The Van Ronk version was originally written by Len Chandler, a well known name in the Village Folk scene in the 60's.
