Thank you very much, I received a gsp 2 weeks ago full salt water 2.023, he’s 3 years old, got all the test kits and a NICE new light, however the light seamed to piss him right off first day today. Dialed it back, your video giving me some faith for what’s hopefully to come

Beautiful aquarium. I recently moved my 3 year old GSPs from a 40 gallon brackish tank to one of my marine tanks. Their first stop was housing with my Clown trigger. He kept bullying the two puffers. I’ve since move them with my Niger trigger and Bursa trigger. Everything is now peaceful. The GSP were tiny three years ago. They are now about 4 inches.

Awesome tank! Love seeing your GSP in with other fish. Mine are juvies still and at 1.018 SG but I fully intend to do something similar with them once they reach full marine.

So would you say they are reef safe I want to set up my 75 gallon and I’m for sure interested in these guys again I don’t want my corals damaged though😭 and how about snails and crabs ?

They eat snails and crabs so they are not good Same with most shrimp. My guy does not touch corals. I can only talk for my puffer. He leaves everyone alone except snails and crabs. EverythingI read says they are not good with anything lol so I guess it depends, a risk

Coral is something that puffer fish are known to eat so there’s no guarantee. Most people think it’s a bad idea but it’s something that some people seem to get away with. They’re aggressive and unpredictable at times so surprises are likely to occur at some point. I’d be careful.
