Hai, Only possible after workup only... Depends upon selected plant the quality of nanoparticle will come... Make sure that selected plant should contain more polyphenol, etc...

pH7-9, for drying process we took 3-4 hrs

for pure green synthesis NaOH not needed. After addition of zinc nitrate to plant extract, some peoples allow to settle the Zn(OH)2 ( (minimum 12 Hr) and centrifuged. After centrifuge process resulting Zn(OH)2 they will heat for ZnO formation (after 140 degree Celsius Zn(OH)2 will convert ZnO) , in that process some people they will use NaOH, but in green synthesis addition of NaOH it not advisable. then it is not called green synthesis.

Then many literatures use naoh in green synthesis. What is the role of naoh during entire process. Why people add naoh .. and can we use any other zinc precursor or we have to stick on zinc nitrate for synthesis of znonps.

Mam apne synthesized nanoparticles ko digital bunsen burner se dry kia h at 130 se 150 degree ( set temperature) . Can we use dry heat oven for this process or heating mental is must incase we don't have digital bunsen burner.. if we use oven for heating than results get changed?

Plant weed used by you may not contain required polyphenol or alkaloid etc. bcz choosing plant is very important in green synthesis. if selected plant contains more polyphenol (reductant) then you will get good nanoparticles. if it is not rich in required phytochemical then reducing power of plant extract will be less and that will reflect in size of nanoparticles.
