A BIG Congrats to you guys for achieving the 100k subscribers mark!! I remembered I was awestruck by all the beautiful scapes in your gallery/shop when George made a video of his first visit to your gallery. I'm so glad you have a channel for people like myself to follow, learn and get inspired. I don't normally comment or even give a “Like” to the videos that i watch on KZbin but Green Aqua and George's channel are the only 2 channels that gets the most (i'm not exaggerating here) “Likes” and comments from me. It is a testament to how much i enjoy watching your videos. You guys are definitely bringing more and more people into this hobby with one good video at a time. Cheers and keep up the excellent work!!

What water parameters do you prefer in your aquariums?no3,po4,KH,GH,K,Fe,Ca,Mg,pH? 😃
@GreenAquaShop5 жыл бұрын
Well, we've got a separate video for that mate, check it out. Cheers.
@alis492815 жыл бұрын
Ca:Mg:K 2:1:0,5 K shouldn't be too much above 10 mg/L therefore soft-moderate hardness water will yield the best results. Additional fertilization of NO3 and PO4 will be needed for high tech (high light!) tanks with low and very low stock of animals. Example: Tap water is 20 mg/L Ca, then the ideal Mg is 10 mg/L and 5 mg/L K. Weekly or even daily fertilization will yield the best results. An estimate for each nutrient can be done with the method of the Estimative Index. The most precise method is to measure the nutrient consumption with precise drip tests and fertilize daily accordingly.

Excelent like always. I started in the end of the 90's and i prove all the options (tubes,pll,hqi,led etc) and i think you can get excelent even same results with all options, but obviously with modern more efficient options you need less units than before so is more simply . I still love pll and hqi but today finally i accept that LEDs as the most efficient option, they do not need reflectors, thats is an advantage. Saludos from chile, someday i will visit green aqua :) Guillermo Barrientos
