I have an anecdote related to this; I used to work for a company called Silkworm Screenprinting in Ventura, California. I met Rick Green in the late 90s when he hired us to silk-screen some t-shirts, stickers, and surfboard decals of the Greendog character. He s⅞eemed like a friendly, laid back dude (total stoner). I've still got a few of those stickers in my old work portfolio. It was a five color print.

I remember this game. I also rented it and never owned it. I loved it as a kid, but I've played in the last few years and it's just okay. It seems to be of the crop of games SEGA of America churned out so they didn't have to wait around for Japan to send them something new, which had mixed results. In any case, great video, Daniel. This was the first I've watched since I resubbed and I enjoyed it.

I have that game amd the original genesis ( the nice one). Have had since I was a kid and love it. It's def hard when u are a 8 or 9 year old kid back in the day. But I always loved it and for the most part the gameplay too. But especially the soundtrack, amd even more especially the more serious reggae tunes over the happy fun ones, which I also still do like though.

Amazing gaming archeology. One thing that stands out from this review is the excellent soundtrack, even for an earlier mega drive game, whose games had harsher sounding soundtracks, but this one has a very warm soundtrack.
@the.real.Deano.3 жыл бұрын
I just commented the exact same thing, I loved the songs, especially the title song. Not the one that the game starts too when he goes I to the first level but the one when the title screen comes up. The more serious tune. They are all epic. I have the game packed away somewhere with my Genesis still. But I look up the tunes every once in awhile just randomly thinking about them and that's how I ended up on this video. if I find the name of the song I'll come back and edit with the name. But it's one of the more popular ones amd doesn't really need a name to find cuz it pops up fairly easy. One name I saw had Aztec something or another in it. But I'm not sure if that's the actual name cuz I have seen it named as other stuff also just can't remember what. Edit one one video of said song it's the intro song not title song still haven't found be though but I know it's out there. It's the one that's playing on this video when he shows the video title. The ok ne that starts at 2:20. That shit is my jam no joke. One of my favorites.
