I've been in jobs like that. As soon as your confidence gets knocked, particularly if you've got crew that don't know how to show you how to do what they expect you to do properly, it's a downward spiral.

The ridiculous viking superstition about wimmins being bad luck is true!!!!!" If a bloke fails, do you say that? No. You just call him a weak bloke, but if a woman fails, you tar the entire gender with the same brush. Get a grip.

Yup 👍 just left a job because I wasn’t getting the help I needed for lifting heavy materials that could of easily done mayor damage to my body I hope she pulled through I’ve yet to see the full episode

That's irrelevant. Some people improve their level of skill as they learn and some don't. It's the same in any profession. This greenhorn never improved at all during her stay aboard the boat.
