I built this greenhouse recently, and like you, I added 4 more feet to it. I'm having issues with leaking at the roof joints where the 12 foot and 4 foot polycarb panels join. Despite overlapping I can't seem to find a good solution. I bought some of the wider, strong, greenhouse plastic repair tape and applied it over the joint but to no avail. What did you do about the leak at the panel overlaps? Or is it not significant enough to worry about. I can picture the rafter eventually rotting out. Thanks.

Thanks for sharing the build. I'm thinking that a greenhouse would make more productive by extending the growing season. You must be freezing in those cooler temps. As kids we thought it strange that there was half an inch of ice on the puddle in the school yard.

Hey Jason, guess you don't have time to answer comments. We're building ours similarly excepting treated baseplate with hurricane tie downs along corners, screen storm door $109 vs louver vent, an electric fan louver vent at opposite end, glued plywood gussets (cheaper,), painting the wood due to moisture over time, a metal ridge cap, and ours is fully Tufted clear panels throughout for added light at lower levels for two tier shelving, fully plumbed and electrified, $1500 plus tax. Here in Spokane, Washington. Like your hat, great smile cheers.
