I am someone who suffers from a toxic family, being a genuine empath, not being understood by anyone else around me. It suck but along my healing journey I chose to dive into studying psychology in the subconscious mind, and a bunch of other things. I never thought I would… so I’m still healing but I’m actually someone that loves understanding people and talking to people when they’re sad… And I defiantly understand how hard it is to try and reach out when you feel like there’s nobody left that cares…. I care .. I care about everyone that’s trying to cope it sucks and so many people say there by your side and I hope other people getting a better outcome on that situation then I did… but if anybody even needs to talk to someone who will just listen and hear them…. I will. It don’t matter how much pain I endure the best feeling I the world to me is genuinely helping someone in need. Sometimes that’s all they need is someone who ACTUALLY UNDERSTANDS and will let them speak and show them that not a people are bad . Am I the only person like this??

I, too, have indeed suffered broken heart. But I've learned that we are essentially energy, and energy is comprised of vibrations. Your vibrational energy was different from your ex partners. Judging by what you have written about your relationship with him, I sense you have a higher vibrational pattern. It's obvious when you step back and look at things that two vastly different vibrational people are going to struggle to find a balance. Either one will grow or the other regress. By him severing the relationship, this has been a blessing because it gives you the chance to grow and resonate towards another fortunate being who holds a higher vibrational frequency that is more aligned to yours. Been struggling with depression, social isolation, loneliness and fear for years but only within the last couple of years realized the extent of the negative impact on my brain and my health being isolated from others has caused. I don't have insurance and I find motivating myself to make the changes necessary to save my life is just not working. While looking for help, affirmation anything to help me help myself, I saw the different frequency music channels and after a particularly sleepless night decided to try this. I can't say I slept for very long and my blood pressure is still too high evidenced by my swollen andkles/pulmonary edema but it is something and the music is nice. The comments have moved me to tears and reminded of me how beautiful and kind people can be and that I must break this cycle of illness, the thought patterns imprisoning me and walk amongst you in the sunlight and live this amazing gift of life I've been given that those who passed before me who were successful, wealthy, influential could not get back despite their power and prestige.... I have it and cannot discount the greatness of the gift any longer. Thank you for inspiring me.

To every single beautiful and amazing person in this comment section: I may not know the specifics of what you're going through, but I DO know what it's like to have depression and anxiety. I want you to remember that depression (or any mental illness really) does NOT discriminate, it doesn't matter if you have "everything going for you" you can still feel like your soul is being crushed, and that does NOT mean that you are ungrateful for the things that you DO have. Don't let anyone tell you that you are too rich, too happy, too privileged, to be depressed.....it hits people at random (it seems) and it hits HARD. The reason I'm telling you this is because it was what I needed to hear several years ago, and it was eventually part of what got me into therapy. I am living proof that your story doesn't have to end in whatever dark place you are now, find the smallest reason to continue on and HANG ON TO IT WITH EVERYTHING YOU GOT (for me it was keeping my houseplants alive, and wanting to see movies/listen to music that hadn't come out yet). It doesn't have to be a huge reason, just enough to get you through the day...if 1 day seems to be too overwhelming, try for an hour, or a minute at a time. Keep breaking things down into manageable steps as much as you can, one day you will notice that you've cried less that afternoon, and one day you will realize that you haven't cried at all. It's okay if you can't find the will to live for YOURSELF for awhile, but please try to find SOMETHING to live for, until you find value in yourself again. You are in no way alone in this fight, and wether you believe it now or not, if you are reading this right now, you are conquering. I promise little bird, you WILL fly again. @ 🎗

It's something I try and remember when I'm having a depressive episode; keeps me from delving too much into negative self talk (also something my therapist and I went over) and generally helps me NOT beat myself up just because I'm feeling sad and/or apathetic. This comment section is the purest thing, and whenever I see that someone has replied to my comment, I take the time to scroll through them. Makes me realize there are still good people out there, ones who genuinely care about each other even if they are complete strangers. Wish I could give hugs to each and every one of you.

I’m a construction worker and extremely scared of heights. After a few nights of falling asleep to this i completely forgot about all that could go wrong while working at such heights. Yeh me too. Wow ! Kinda brings the mystical magical marvelous aspects of life back to life in my being. This audio somehow appeared on my screen after searching for quadible integrity audio's to help me learn to love myself after a very recent traumatic episode with a seemingly very toxic narcissist - as far as I can work out I'm suffering from narcissistic abuse and trying to refind myself post this episode. Your comment has somehow triggered me to write this on here not something I would normally do at all. I figure something good and healing is happening.
