The scary thing about Giygas is that the games never describe HOW he's attacking the party. It only tells us that either "The form of Giegue's attack was inexplicable!" or that "You cannot grasp the true form of Giygas' attack!" He is such a powerful psychic in the former that Ninten and co. can barely begin to process his power, and so much of a cosmic horror in the latter that Ness and crew can barely even begin to comprehend what exactly they are actually dealing with.

@@LegallyBlindGamer7926 Eh I think media in general uses the concept of cosmic widely differently, I seen cosmic power be described just like psychic power. I even play tons of games that pretty much just have those two be pretty much the same thing but it's out of this "world" so it gets put under cosmic power. Even in lovecraft inspired games and media, the power that alot of cosmic entities uses is similar to effects of psychic abilities and this is common place. Psychic power normally affects a being's mental state, which a cosmic entity normally does anywhere with their mere appearance or attacks. So I think it's fair to put Giygas under psychics due to how similar both sides uses their powers anyway.

​​@@comicfoil9494Late for this, but if he was on the list, good lord Oscar did mentioned different moves in the psychic powers, but I think if he wasn't in the list, Rindo would We don't know much about rando, but we know Him and his pal, Fret, and that he has parents, but when he was throw in the reaper's game, he has to grow through his own arc that Neku does, and here's where he stands out from Neku See, in TWEWY Neo, every character has a unique psych ability, Fret has the ability to remind the people around the world, Nagi can dive in the mind, but Rindo is one with "Rewind", a time travel psych, granted. The psych isn't his own ability, but to avoid spoilers for those who haven't play the game He can do everything Neku can do, and even more, and by pairing up with his team mates, he can sync up with them to do devastating attacks, including the Killer beat It is a shame neither would show up, but hey. A mention is enough for me

If only for her ability to use psychokinesis on her stuffed cat, Mr. Mew, turning him into a living weapon. Plus, her ultimates have her creating multiple Mr. Mews or even creating a giant Mr. Mew. *Haru Okumura - Persona 5 -Yes, technically Haru DOES wield an axe and grenade launcher, buuuut Haru IS the party member with psychic attacks. *Kenshi - Mortal Kombat Series -A blind swordsman who uses telepathy to see as if he is Daredevil? Sign me up. Plus, he can use psychic powers to lift his sword and even other foes. Best seen in one of his fatalities where he uses telekinesis to smash his opponent against the screen a bunch of times before slicing them with his gravitating sword. *Crypto - Destroy All Humans Series -He DOES have his saucer and weapons, but he can also use his mind to lift objects, hypnotize people, or even make their heads explode and collect their brains!

Fun Fact about the Alma entry and apologies in advance for this paragraph worth of info... In the first F.E.A.R. game, we play as the Point Man, who is one of Alma's sons with the other son being the main antagonist, Paxton Fettel, however; Fettel went homicidal after Alma's awakening, allowing him to see the pain and horrors that Alma was inflicted thanks to her abusive father and the reason for this was because he linked with Alma before at a very young age, 10 years old to be precise! The hallucinations of Alma that we see when playing as the Point Man are Alma's way of trying to reach out to him because she knows Point Man is her son. The only reason why she attacks Point Man is because he doesn't recognize her as his mother, he only sees her as an eldritch monster that he thinks he needs to kill in order to end the nightmares.

I really do like Giygas as a villain. Not to much to say about him…and that is the point. He is like the very idea of evil. Lovcraftian in the way how you can barely interpret what he is. Neat list. I think an honorable mention could be the Pipotron from the Ape Escape series (Pumped & Primed most notably for Western fans). A mysterious trio of monkeys (Tron Red, Tron Blue & Tron Yellow) who were created solely to kidnap and steal a special disk Helga's father made under orders of a Mystery Man. When the disk wasn't there, they entered the Gadget Tech Tournament as as it turns out the disk was hidden in the trophy given to the winner. After they obtain the trophy (either by winning the tournament or stealing it from the winner) they smash the trophy and reveal the disk, but then are cast aside by the man once he gets the disk. After that they help the main cast fight their way through the Virus Tech Tournament (which includes facing off against a group of super clone versions of themselves) to the virus Grid Core & defeat him. After that they vanish. They have various psychic powers such as energy manipulation, psychic blasts, and various specials: Tron Gush (conjures dark flames from the ground that protrude forward & hurt any in the way), Darkness Scream (forces everyone to drop what they're doing for a few moments), Tron Cannon (launches a massive energy ball forward, hurting all it hits) and Darkness Stream (conjures a tornado around them that sucks in and hurts everyone nearby). There's also of course Specter, the main antagonist of the series who's a super intelligent monkey who also has psychic powers such as telekinesis and mind control.

Mass Effect 2 is my favourite video game of all time. At least for now.

If I might say, though I haven’t played Sonic 06 myself, everything I’ve seen of Silver’s gameplay tells me that I’d have fun with his campaign.

@@comicfoil9494 I have since played 06, and not only did I actually find the whole game pretty fun, Silver’s desert level wasn’t that bad. Hell, the infamous billiard hallway only took me two tries and was quite fun and simple to do (good, because I couldn’t get the door clip to work). My real-and frankly only-problems were Silver’s Kingdom Valley and End of the World. The former from that misused physics engine causing rockets to the face to blow my lost rings into the stratosphere, and End of the World…do I even need to explain that one? Simply put, the glitchiness was never a problem on my playthrough; EotW was egregious because of its core concept.

Fun little detail about Giygas: one of his incomprehensible attacks in the final phase is a form of PSI Freeze that hits multiple party members, which means he is strong enough to turn a normally single target ability into one that can mass target enemies. I guess getting psychic powers strong enough to destroy your own body has some upsides.

i would like to give a mention to Blastermind from Skylanders who gained his powers from sentient psychic crystals as a child, after they heared his thaughts about wanting to help his friends and now as an adult, he wears a giant helmet with Traptanium crystals, to make his psychic powers even more powerful with attacks that include psychic energy, levitation (and mind control with upgrades) & energy balls that can slow down the enemies
