I live in the Boiling Springs in Spartanburg County , not the other Boiling Springs in Greenville. For years the carpetbaggers have been buying up land in North Carolina , and recently been moving into places in northern Spartanburg County like Landrum and Campobello. Growing up I used to shoot guns by the Lawson's Fort Creek in Valley Falls . That came to a halt when newcomers complained to the Sheriff's Dept. All my squirrel and rabbit hunting places are housing developments now .

JUST SAYIN` As a BOSTONIAN who temporarily lived in SC, Greenville for a few months walking ALL THE FREAKING WAY from the OUTSKIRTS of the city to downtown SUCKS. JESUS, Get a bus system that works! Lol I didn't have a car at the time when I lived there (as in Boston we didn't really need cars. The parking spots cost more then the damn cars. Lmao) so I didn't realize just how CRUCIAL it was down there. I legit walked about an hour and a half EACH way whenever I wanted to go to downtown. I walked 15-20 minutes to just get to the dang nearest corner store. Haha If I wanted to go to church I was covered as there was roughly 6 different churches on that walk to the corner store. I remember walking all along that downtown stretch with all the restaurants/bars. I was kinda annoyed as I was only 18 at the time and couldn't drink. Nothing is less attractive then a northern boy with an x on his hand trying to talk you up at a bar/club down there. Haha
