I have no idea how the algorithm put your videos in front of me, but I have to say thank you. I can tell that you are going to save me from a world of trouble. I was planning on opening a one-man agency as a secondary source of income but what I’m quickly, realizing is that I need to go alt or I will drive myself up the wall in no time.

If you're less than $10k/month in revenue you likely should be spending time figuring out what types of clients you want to work with that have a valuable problem that you're able to solve. At some point, you'll have to just decide who you're going to focus on and go all in on that specialization. That focus can get you to $1m/year.

Yeah, that's not a great place to be in so I feel you. Like many agencies, as you simplify (in order to multiply) you need to operate from a place where you're getting paid and taken care of first. Because if you as the founder can't make an income, the monetization model is broken. You're paying for people you can't afford and probably shouldn't have on staff right now especially if you are not making money.
