Yes!!! Thank you Greg!!! I too hate throwing my hard earned money at junk products that don’t hold up. Boots are not cheap, and comfort matters. But the main thing is they have to hold up and not crack, tear, and leak. Rubber boots are essential tools on every farm/ranch. And boots that quickly crack, tear, or leak are a complete waste of money. I always have a brand new backup pair of rubber boots on hand at all times, because there will always come a day where even the best boots fail. If you don’t have the backup pair, you are gonna finish yer work day with cold wet feet (and that sucks). I’ve had years where I go through several pairs of boots and it just burns me that I had to waste that much money. It really pisses me off. And I totally felt you fire up the same way, and I was right there with you!

Thanks for the video! It is awesome to find cheaper high quality boots. I have a few muck boots too. I had a pair of muck boots that lasted over 2 years but they probably aren’t torched like you do. Then, I bought another one and they didn’t last for 6 months but they will give you a free pair of boots if you have them less than a year. I bought a pair of muck boots for summer time and they are awful too. The best muck boot I bought were very expensive that I can use for work. They are composite, ice resistant, and whole bunch of other stuff. They don’t make my feet sweat either but like I said expensive. Now I will buy one of those boots when my boots get worn out. "burning the brand". It's much like "busting out the store"( like minuchin and co-conspiritors did to Sears), but not seeking bankruptcy quite as fast. It's a form of fraud they can learn at wharton school of business. They establish a good product at a price we'll pay for a while, then snecretly begin selling a lesser quality product in the same packaging and name, implying that it's the same; getting extra profit till we catch on. by then they've bought or started a 'new' brand to burn.

I had given up on buying boots due to them developing stress cracks, punctures, and in some cases the outsole separates from the bottom and also some say they can be glued back on it really does not work. I have found when buying boots to get ones which are two or three sizes larger than my normal shoe size in case you want to wear an extra pair of socks. This is important with the duck boots or boots with stitching which connect the leather with the one piece rubber outsole as when you are putting them on you are not putting pressure or pulling up on the sewn part because once it breaks it cannot be resewn.
@gregjudyregenerativerancher Жыл бұрын
Yes, I always get at least one size bigger than my shoe size. It allows for socks and hand warmers to be tossed into the toe of the boot.

About to see how warranty works. I’ve bought several pairs for my family. My 16 year-old’s are coming apart at the sole after 3 months. Surely replacement for defects isn’t limited to one time? If so I hope he gets more than three months out of the second pair. I bought the first couple of pairs from Hisea using Gregg’s code, but to be honest dealing directly with the company has been a big hassle. As a matter of fact two different pairs were out of stock and had to be refunded. The last three pair I’ve bought from Amazon. We’re all happy with the boots with the exception of these coming apart, although none are four months old yet.

When it came to making a purchase, I chose just the HISEA Insulated Rubber Neoprene boots (for approx. 50) and I searched for a while reading all the reviews and comments from farmers who worked much more than I do farming. There's always a debate and I learned about all the brands, M**k, La***se etc. The bottom line was the same with all of them failed at some point and depending on how heavily they are used/abused. This included mine after a year and a half of what I thought was mild use. In the end I spent a third of the cost for a similar failure rate and I will "goop" repair the pair I have and purchase another pair for the future. Respectfully...my 2 cents.

Well, I ordered two pair. One for me and one for my wife. Mine, one is bigger than the other. It's not "my" foot causing the problem. My wife's are falling apart before she even put them on. We contacted HISEA they sent out a replacement pair that are eve worse. Pieces of crap! Quality just is not there. At least my muck brand boots start out with a decent level of mfg quality. Sorry but you got used Greg. Cheap Chinese mfg. I just wasted my money.

Not my experience at all, best darn boots ever had on my feet. We got a pair of summer Hisea boots and my wife and I been wearing them everyday.

I love them, my feet don’t sweat in the Hisea boots like the numerous competitor boots do.
