Wow I love this series already :) It's so fascinating how you make a cuboid, cut it in a specific way and suddenly it's a puzzle! Of course you have to know how to cut it and that just blows my mind. I'm looking forward to more fascinating puzzles and this format showing the entire process is the best! Also, that was like 10 models printed right? That's dedication! But at least you now know where the problem was I guess.
