Ive had a similar thing with chicken mince, cashews, mint and a little coriander..amazing. Blind bake those wonton wrappers and fill them with goodness. Well done Greg, very useful.

A bit OTT for me on the cheese 😂 Wonton wrappers are in regular Aussie supermarkets where you buy fresh pasta and garlic bread (in the fridge) . I bought some round ones last night because I'm making gyoza. I guess I could make these too - the "Weight Watchers" version.
