I love to see historical footage of Grenada...I've been there several times to visit my family & in-laws and we can't wait to go back.

Thanks so much for sharing ...born in the 60"S UK and grew up in Grenada i did have the opportunity of meeting Mr. Johnny Branch of Duglaston Estate in St.Johns ...this brought back so many memories..

A bit of info.for us Grenadian seniors about the white building up on the hill ,Santa Maria [I think].It was renamed "The Islander ".I was a fete goer and played music with a "Combo" called The Maniacs there.[Had to put a plug in ] LoL

Aw my grandparents would have still been there then❤️ they moved to UK along with my uncles in the 60s and had 3 more boys. One uncle moved back and still have other great uncles and aunties and cousins living there. It’s been 20 years since I visited beautiful Grenada😔, but we keep in touch with the internet🇬🇩🇬🇩

That’s so lovely is the hotel where they stayed still there. That lovely lady must have passed away who worked at hotel. My lovely mum would have been around 15-16 years old from Caracou
