Thanks for that video. I have been looking for a good grenadine recipe, and yours is fantastic. Noone explains how to make the molasses, and it looks like it's an important ingredient to make the grenadine. I will definitely try your reciple, including the homemdade molasses. By the way, do you have an idea of the shelf life of the molasses?

Shelf life should be pretty dang high. As long as there isn’t mold it should be just fine

Usually a month but up to 2. As long as there isn’t any mold or weird smells I consider it fine in the fridge.
