I grew up listening to 70's music that my dad used to play on vinyl. At first when I listened to this band I was immediately critical that they were copying old music. Then I realised that there's absolutely no problem with that, so I listened on. Now I have come to the realisation that this band is epic in their own right and should be celebrated for bringing 70's vibes to the 20's. This song in particular has the most powerful chorus I have ever heard. Keep 'em coming GVF! Love it!

This song has a little bit of everything. A little pep in the beginning. An insane, soft to loud transition. Then that chorus is just an emotional Rollercoaster, and the backup vocals give a sense of community. This is my favorite song off the album.

Have a listen to Weight of Dreams. Us diehard crazy fans have heard that song being performed live with different lyrics for a while now. Jake always just kills on the solo. Even if you just listen from like the 4:50 mark on, you will be wowed, promise. I was so glad they did a studio lay down on that one. The entire album is killer. Not one filler song.

I kid you not, Mike, I was just going to go in and play this song again because I kept hearing it in my head, and I saw the notice come up for your reaction (I work graveyard shift from home, so I'm up). I was ecstatic that you did this one next, and yes, there are so many other fans that do love it very much already. I just love your first time reaction to the chorus!!! I was listening to it with my jaw dropped to the floor as well 😂 I think the song has a strong Biblical reference. The line of the chorus "Even sinners go to drink the wine, break the bread" refers to the last supper that Jesus had with his disciples before the crusifixion. Now all of us (sinners and saints alike) are invited to take sacrament (wine and bread) in remembrance of Jesus' sacrifice for our sins and as a promise to better people. Thank you for your video!

Upon first listen, this song was actually one of my least favorite songs from the new album. I must say, it has grown on me A LOT since then. Great reaction! If you REALLY wanna be impressed with some amazing vocals, listen to "Tears of Rain". The spotlight is on Josh pretty much the entire time and he hits some incredibly high notes.

Hey Danny, I hear you man. Listen to the explanation in the beginning of the video on that. That being said, I do regularly stop my vids to make commentary even when I'm not trying to avoid copyright block, because this is a reaction channel. The only thing I will suggest is if you want to hear songs uninterrupted, the actual songs are on youtube. Thank you for dropping in man
