Greta you obviously have not had childhood trauma and rejections from caregivers, neglect, abuse, etc. I am one of those women who makes the man my whole world and let everything else go and I know it's from severe attachment trauma in childhood, broken attachments being in multiple homes, foster care, abandonment by caregivers. I have spent countless years in therapy and nothing has helped. People who didn't get their needs met in childhood especially during the first 5 years, are people who struggle emotionally with anxious preoccupied attachment to men. It is torture we live in fear of being abandoned or dumped for another woman and its impossible to control our jealousy and emotions. I have been through this so much I have decided to just stop dating so I don't keep pushing men away and getting rejected over and over.

You pick your battles and decide if “good morning” is really the best thing to argue about. Do you want him to say good morning to you because he means it or because you demand it? Just lean back and have him come to you. Don’t worry about good morning.

The reason he doesn't text you Good morning texts is because he doesn't like to send texts as he has a homework to do. He better text you when he will actually miss saying you..good morning! So, stop being bossy with him. Let him really nurture honest feelings for you and not force him to text you as a Must. So I realized that about %6 of my responses are low value, and it comes from not knowing how to respond emotionally when my trauma is triggered. I have to get rid of that percentage because even though I respond to him in a high value way most of the time... I haven't been too nurturing to myself emotionally. When I am not with him, I'm wondering when I'm going to hear from him again. If we have a simple misunderstanding, I completely freeze and shut off . I am trying so hard not to mess anything up that I'm losing my peace a little bit. I'm concerned. It was a beautiful reminder that my help comes from the Lord. Hi Greta, I am sorry you have migranes. Please research histamine intolerance because migranes can be a symptom of histamin intolerance. If you are lucky, it is caused by bad bacteria in your gut and can be fixed with a probiotic. If you are less lucky, it could that your boby cannot produce enough DOA or because of mast cell activation. Best wishes!

Cynhtia hi. I think there are fundamentally wrong things about your relationship at the moment. First of all you need to stop having your bf over at your house. It is not your problem that he works at nights. When he contacts you the next. Use a feeling statement and say something like. I am sorry i cant have you over tonight. But it will feel amazing to grab a coffee at a coffeeeshop monday or wednesday. And then observe what he is capable of. You are coming across realy easy right now. I am sorry i said that but he needs to step up.
