What if he is buying a house and he is not getting multiple mortgage brokers to give him an offer on an interest rate. So this will cost him money! Would it be better to say, "Wow, it is so amazing that you are buying a house. That's a great interest rate. Would you like to know what I would do?" Or is that still being too bossy. I do try to step back and if the guy is going the wrong way, unless we are running late then I might ask like "where are we going" in a nonchlant way to get him to think about it, I just let him go the wrong way even though I know he's going to realize he was driving the wrong way. I don't chastise him after he goes the wrong way either.
