Problem with me is that I knew the signs from the beginning. But after awhile I acted out when he showed me a picture of her. I got out of the car and started to walk out the door. I was fed up with it. He stopped me and told me not to leave. I reacted with anger and he’s been very careful about talking about her. But I do notice some signs when he acts jealous when someone mentions her. Slowly he’s been better. He has to meet her every other weekend for his son. I know he doesn’t want to lose me and is insecure. But it’s something idk if I can get over. I feel like a second option.

Just broke up with him. He love bombed me. We used to date so long ago. I still love him but the signs were clear. I told him to take his time and heal but also that i wont wait. I asked him to not date anyone else until he gets better because its not fair to do that to someone. Its sad but what other choice did i have? He admitted he was emotionally unavailable after all. I have him blocked....maybe he'll be better in 3 months. I know he loves me because he did a long time ago and i ran very far away and blocked him. Ok, sorry i cant afford therapy. Im sorry but this is bad advice... A high value person wouldnt involve themselves with someone who isnt over their ex. If a man has met you and STILL chooses his ex over you then hes settling for whats convenient. Break it off with the man because clearly he is not willing to invest in the woman
