Definitely killer vocals on this one and you can’t say he sounds like Robert Plant and the solo nothing spectacular but fits the song well. I don’t think this album has a song that stick out like the few that the first 2 albums had but overall I think it’s a very strong album and definitely will help them get away from the Led Zeppelin comparisons that everyone should just leave alone because all artists musicians steal from each other and have been long before Greta Van Fleet came along and we should be proud that there is a rock band out there this young that carrying the classic rock torch and they are not toolbags like Machine Gun Kelly lol who plays the lamest shit I just about heard in my 44 years and now he thinks he a rock star.

Also, I had purchased The Beatles "White Album" during the week before Christmas 1968. I was 16 years old in 1968, having watched The Beatles perform on TV during the Ed Sullivan Show on February 9th, 1964. I feel uniquely qualified to give praise to the talents of Greta Van Fleet. First, as a 70 year old "long live R&R" person, I'm really heartened to read the comments from everyone who could, literally, be a grandchild of mine........thanks to all of you!! About the song - GvF has not written or recorded a bad, or even subpar song that I have heard. The early garage recordings certainly were, well, garage recordings....but the songs "....are still the same....". This new song is very anthem-like, "cinematic" as the band have thematically described the entire album. As always, Sam and Danny have the rhythm locked in, yet in a manner that gives individual voice to the bass and drums. So then, Josh and Jake have the platform to soar....the interplay of a multi-octave voice, and a guitar that Jake makes, in the words of Mark Knopfler, "cry and sing".... ("Sultans of Swing" - Dire Straits). This is a really good song. As a poet, I look forward to reading the lyrics, then listening again! Keep it going guy's....!! ✌☮

"Of all time".? A little (very little) bit early for that.?. Certainly the best rock album in the last,....oh say....100 years!! Hey world, take note, these 4 brother's ( Danny's a brother, trust me ) are the real deal! Why would old rockers make a deal about a new band? When it is a band of this magnitude! First four albums 0 bad songs! Wow!

I listen mostly to stoner rock/metal, doom metal and the like. Dark and rough stuff that rips your face off. Never really listen anymore to rock that sounds so harmonic and smooth as Greta Van Fleet. But heck, this is all kinds of awesome. Makes me realize there is still a lot in there for me. I'm super happy I found this band. The song composition is so wholesome and the singer is incredible, to say the least. This is genuine and authentic music.

@@savannahsmitchell still have the band but have the orchestra playing the string parts in the song during the chorus. Adding full depth to the already amazing chorus. Like 3:01 and 3:43 it would be amazing to hear in a concert hall. I know for sure.
