Because she thought Callie was doing it on purpose because she was sleeping with Callie. Callie didn't know that until Leah asked Arizona to help her. She thought her career was in jeopardy

Leah Murphy implied that Callie jeopardized the patient because she found out that she was the one Arizona slept with. After Callie realozed that it was her, she took the drill. Leah Murphy was wrong there. Idk why I care about it enough to comment about it, but I do.

She certainly created a hostile work environment and put Leah in a horrible position. If something went wrong with that patient later, then Leah would've had to deal with that and she doesn't deserve it.

Leah made it personal when she asked Arizona to step in. Callie was actually trying to calm her down and teach her, but Leah just had to let her know that she slept with her wife in that exact moment.

@@KS-di4df How did she make it hostile? She didn't yell at her or put more pressure on her. She actually did the complete opposite. She was calm and very supportive. She was teaching her. Leah was the one who freaked out and then wanted to blame it on Callie.

Leah Murphy is one of the WORST characters on the show. She literally ruined everything and wanted attention from the higher up doctors just cause her friends found love with the attending’s doesn’t mean she has to throw herself at the first one and cry around about it when it’s not reciprocated. She was just a put stop for Arizona and Murphy just had to become obsessed and ruin everything for all the other doctors with ACTUAL RELATIONSHIPS. she’s a very pathetic character.

Callie was definitely in the wrong here. Leah clearly asked for assistance multiple times and Callie didn’t not assist her. Callie hesitated and decided to focus on personal drama instead of taking over when Leah asked for help.

That’s a lie, Callie was trying to teach her and telling her to calm down. What are you talking about Callie made it personal, no Leah made it personal when she asked Arizona to step in. It’s a teaching hospital you’re attending can’t do everything for you or else you won’t learn. If Leah would’ve calmed down she would’ve had control of the situation and been perfectly fine. But she was so scared she made it noticeable for herself and that’s how Callie found out

Did we watch the same scene? Callie was teaching her and trying to get her to calm down so she can figure out how to fix her mistake. Leah is the one who couldn’t get her shit together then made it personal by getting Arizona involved. Callie then realized that shit was hitting the fan and took the drill away. I don’t blame Callie for anything in this scene.

I don't agree with this. Callie asked if she had done this before. Leah said no. Thinking about it logically, Leah may have read about it,but she needs actual expierance and Callie never left the room but gave her the oppurtunity,instructed and tried to calm her nerves(I would be shitting my scrubs lol). Leah was visibly nervous and instead of listening properly, she turned to Arizona,knowing Arizona would buckle when Callie would not. You will never learn anything if everytime your scared or shaking, you ask someone to take over. And in regards to Callie making it personal, there is nothing more personal then having your lover cheat on you with another then having the audacity for that lovers affair to be in the same room.
