I love this. Impulse already had Big Dad energy but you took Gem's "little sister" voice and somehow gave her Mom energy. Scar is still the big brother. @@xanmontes8715 Scar was unfortunately diagnosed with an unknown neuromuscular disease at age 18. We don't know much about the condition, but we do know that it's why he's in a wheelchair and that it weakens muscles like his diaphragm and his digestive tract, meaning that he has to use external oxygen and a feeding tube. He's also very vulnerable to infections, likely due to a combination of his feeding tube, the medications that he's on, and the disease taking a toll on his body. Because of this, Scar is acutely aware that every day might be his last, and so he always tries to live like it is. He's a tough cookie, though, and relentlessly positive, so I pray we'll have Scar for many more years to come.
