Grief and the HSP

Grief is hard for everyone. Yet the Highly Sensitive Person or empath will often struggle more with grave loss.
For me loss has affected me in various ways. sometimes I would feel profound, paralyzing pain in an instant. But then it would lift rather quickly. I've also experienced loss where I could barely feel anything at all, I was just kind of numb, and then it would take longer to process the pain. Grief looks different for everyone. But I hope this video comforts you in letting you know that you are not wrong for feeling your loss so profoundly. Your feelings are valid. And your loved ones are lucky to have someone like you who cares about them so deeply.
