@@voqzmk2 , hell yeah! I use that thing about 4 nights a week. It is a bit hard to clean the upper part of the internal grill sometimes but overall this thing has allowed me to make so many awesome meals. It’s honestly my most relied upon kitchen gadget that I own. I highly suggest the new foodie XL as it has more room to cook more epic steaks if you have friends over during game day. I also used it a lot to air fry things though I ended up getting an actual air fryer since you can’t really air fry bacon and Brussels sprouts while grilling steak 🥩 😉
@voqzmk23 жыл бұрын
@@Scuba_Bro Thanks for the detailed answer. Have you tried doing fries and toasting bread? I want to buy that for my mothers birthday, because her Tefal Optigrill broke and she doesnt want to get a new one, because its expensive.
@Scuba_Bro3 жыл бұрын
@@voqzmk2 , I do Texas toast and garlic bread in there often... I also have used it for French fries before numerous times in the past and to me the fries come out restaurant quality. I also use the air fryer to make potato skins and they come out great. I also enjoy doing different types of roasts in there as well. The only thing you need to remember is to not get the metallic chord portion of temperature probe chording wet when you clean. Otherwise it will short out the probe and you won’t be able to use it until the temp probe chord is fully dry. CJ is not exaggerating in that the food and meat really comes out looking just like he shows it from the foodie grille.

Hubby and I received one of these for our anniversary, I have never grilled anything before and the Ninja Foodi grill has me grilling like a pro! I was looking for a video on how to grill ribeyes specifically and yours came up first, so glad I watched it! The way you explained it was easy to understand, and I was especially excited to see you use canola cooking spray - after reading the best oils to use I decided to try the canola spray as well, seeing someone else use it validated my choice lol. I happen to like Jack Daniel's steak seasoning but I might have to try the Montreal seasoning as well. This was my first video of yours and just the intro was enough to make me a subscriber! Your passion for good food and enthusiasm in showing us how to make it definitely makes me a fan...can't wait to watch more of your vids! Bon appetit from a foodie in Texas 😋 Oh and for anyone on the fence about buying one of these, you will NOT regret getting one! I haven't even tried the other features (such as the air fryer) and I'm in love with it, best anniversary gift I ever got 😍 stay safe everyone!!
