Mike you cookn and eat'n one of my favorite foods right here buddy..... Crazy thing is I've done them several ways but always come back to steaming them and have me some lemon/butter dip..... That my friend is heaven..... I'll have to check out adding some smoke to some.......Shrimp looked on point.....TASTE

Yeah SK I've always steamed them but doing it this way put a good grilled/smoked taste to them. It was quite different and very tasty. Always great to see you brother
