YUM ! ! .. being from the philly area originally, cheesesteaks are about my favorite food and I get peeved when someone calls something a philly cheesesteak but uses ground beef or its on a hotdog bun etc... I like the looks of your steak melt, I have done something similar with ground beef and with cheesesteak meat I add jalapenos and or make a spicy dipping sauce.. My late wife worked in a sandwich shop that sold ground beef sandwiches on a long roll that you could add a variety of toppings to.. You could look up "Lubi's" jacksonville fl if you're interested.. C U next Year... Happy New Year..!
